ProductCamp DC Event Details: Saturday, August 28, 2010

We're all set for the first ProductCamp DC this Saturday, August 28th at Network Solutions. Here are important details on the event.

Location:

Network Solutions
13861 Sunrise Valley, #300, Herndon, VA 20171

Start Time:

Registration begins 8:30. Event activities will begin at 9am. Full schedule here: https://www.productcampdc.org/schedule/

Directions:

Directions to Network Solutions from the Dulles Toll Road, VA-267:

• Take the exit for VA-28 South / Sully Road.
• Go 2.2 miles and take exit for Frying Pan Rd / VA-608 South.
• Follow ramp all the way to traffic light. Take left onto Sunrise Valley Drive.
• Stay on right. In about 0.5 mile, take right into Presidents Park where you will see the Network Solutions sign at the top of the building. (XO Communications is in same park.)

There will be a Happy Hour at the end of the day at TGI Friday's, 13071 Worldgate Drive, Herndon, VA 20170. Directions from NetSol to the Happy Hour:

• Take a right out of the Network Solutions corporate park onto Sunrise Valley Drive.
• Go about 0.3 miles and take right onto Mansarde Ave / Coppermine Rd.
• Go about 0.8 miles and take a left onto Centreville Rd / VA-657.
• Go 1 mile and Worldgate Drive will be on your right.
• Park anywhere in the parking lot. (There is also a garage).

Parking & Building Access:

There is ample parking available. The doors will be unlocked from 8am to 1pm. After 1pm, the doors and the elevators will be security locked. If you need to get in and out of the building after 1pm, you will need to call. Contact us for the phone numbers.

Food:

Breakfast and lunch will be provided. Coffee/tea will also be provided.
For Happy Hour, we will serve free hors d'oeuvres. Participants will be responsible for their own drinks.

• Hall Monitor / Help Desk
• Session Monitors
• Session Note Takers
• Clean Up

Special Notes to Session Presenters:

• Please be prepared with your 60-second pitches. You will be allowed on 60 seconds, and yes, you will be timed. This is to ensure we stay on schedule. So make your pitch short, sweet and have impact!
• Please use the official ProductCamp DC presentation template, which can be downloaded here.
• Please bring either a laptop or your presentation on a USB flash drive.
• We ask all presenters to please thank all our sponsors.
