What are we looking for in a venue?

• Capacity for 50-100 people.
• A main registration area with 2-4 break out rooms (to run sessions concurrently).
• Rooms with whiteboards/blackboards, flip charts, etc. are a definite plus.
• Technology needs:
  
  • Laptop connectivity
  • Wi-Fi
  • A/V capabilitles (microphones are a plus!)
• Place to serve coffee/breakfast and lunch.
• Restrooms. (Obviously.)

What's our timframe?

September 2010. (We're flexible, though, depending on the venue's current scheduling.)

What type of places are we considering?
